I usually believe in the Chinese saying "cheap thing no
good, good thing no cheap". Then how about when something is free?
Well, internet telephony has not yet fully reached perfection, but heck, if you want to
talk to someone in France, Egypt or India free of charge, wouldn't you accept a little
discomfort? In fact the quality of the telephony will depend a lot on your sound card. If
you and your party on the other side have full duplex sound cards, you can talk just like
over the phone. If you only have half-duplex, like me, then it would be like talking on a
walkie-talkie. The program is very sophisticated and easy to install. It will detect if
you have a half or full duplex card and tell you how to use it. After installing, click on
