Terms and Conditions of Rental
- Rental charge covers:
- all necessary equipment
- bed linen, duvets and towels
- weekly cleaning
- A deposit of IR£50 per suite per week is
required to secure booking, and the total balance
is to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival
date, or by arrangement.
- Cancellation charges:
- 2 weeks: 50%
- 1 week or less: 100%
- The total number of people stated on the booking
form must not be exceeded.
- Electricity and phone charges must be paid for
before departure. Charges are based on meter
readings and are payable per unit.
- Possession of the suites can only e taken after
2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10.00am on the day of departure, or by
arrangement with the manager.
- No responsibility will be taken for articles lost
on or stolen from the property.
- The manager may visit the property at any
reasonable time.
- The suite and its contents must be maintained and
left in a tidy condition.
- The person booking undertakes not to do so on
their own part, or permit to be done by any other
member of the party, anything which may, in the
opinion of the management, be or become a
nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way
interfere with the peace or general comfort of
others.
