The school is administered by the Board of Management, Principal, teaching staff and support of the Parents' Association.
New Boards of Management have been instituted last November consists of:
Two representatives of the Patron who is the Bishop of the Diocese.
The Principal Teacher.
One other Teacher.
Two Parents' Representatives and two members elected from the general public.
Any member may be appointed Chairperson.
