Wildlife is all around us and few if any know the names of the common weeds or wild flowers which we see everyday.
As we pass the hedgerows, roadsides, marshy areas, woodland and rivercourse, meadows, mountain side we all too often do not see the beauty of our environment.
Here we have a collection of the most common everyday wild flowers, weeds, grasses, plants which are common along the River Valley and in many country areas. We have a selection in our school garden and playing field.We will add more later.
Many of these plants and wild flowers may be found by the roadside and shady and marshy places.
