Jennifer Lomasney, a singer songwriter whose distinctive style of emotive lyrics incorporates unique melodies and a strong vocal ability. She has been writing her own material for the past five years and has already displayed her talents as a writer and performer at numerous venues throughout Cork.
Jennifer is fast becoming recognised as on of Cork's most promising singer songwriters and is set to take the music industry by storm. She has a talent which transcends all others and is currently talking to a number of record companies and producers with a view to recording her first solo album.
She has successfully completed a two year certificate course in Music, Management & Sound at Colaiste an Stiofain Naofa. This has allowed her to the opportunity to record 'Silence' for the "To Everyone' compilation album released by the college to showcase work by those involved in the course.
Jennifer's fresh and invigorating approach has captivated audiences and she recently gave two excellent support slots at the sellout Steve Earle, at the Everyman Palace, and Jimmy McCarthy, Opera House, concerts.
Jennifer will be accompanied by Chris Ahern (Stargazers & Tumbleweed ) on guitar and Karen Lomasney on backing vocals.
