Race One:
GLENGESH HORSESHOE - Connaught/Ulster Championship 1 Saturday 16th March 1.00pm
Registration in car park of John Molloy's Factory Shop (Knitwear) one kilometre outside Ardara on road to Killybegs. As parking is very limited at race start, runners will be ferried up to start from registration, there will be facilities for leaving clothing at start. Registration closes at 12.45. At the moment there is a mandatory requirement for ALL runners to carry long sleeved top. On the day this may be rescinded or extended to include wind/water proof top. In the case of very poor visibility an alternative race will be offered.
Race Route: Distance 5.6km with climb of 370m.

Race Two:
Errigal (Up only) King of the Mountains Points Sunday 17th March 12.00
Registration in car park 3 km East of Dunlewy Youth Hostel, closes at 11.50
Race Route: Distance 3.7 km with climb of 660m.
Race starts at pier gates leading to Altan Farm 1.5 km further East. After 500m along Altan Track turn NW for Mackoght Summit. Drop SW to coll and climb to join main Errigal track. Follow this to summit. Race ends at first summit cairn.
