Under Construction
This page is not simply under construction: it is in fact a
warehouse of spare links that I'm planning to test and insert in
the appropriate pages over time. It is not really meant
for public consumption, and I take no responsibility for the

but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Perhaps it is only a temporary
setback.
