Global Music Projects
Activities
Our Global Music Projects
A group of children from 4, 5 and 6 classes were involved in a project on world music. In groups of 4 or 5 we each chose a country and researched the traditional music of that country. We selected one instrument from that country and researched it in detail. We found out lots of information about the instrument; how it is played, where it is played, what it is made of etc.
Some of us also made a powerpoint presentation.
Each group made their chosen instrument.
We have included photos of us working on our projects as well as photos of each group with their finished pieces.
We all really enjoyed working on our Global Music Project.
