The applet calculates your
biorhythms for 30 days (past 10 days included). Sundays are marked red,
Saturdays blue and working days black. The curves of the physical rhythm
(23 days) are drawn in Red,
the emotional rhythm (28 days) in Blue
and the intellectual rhythm (33 days) in Purple.
After entering your data it is advisable to click all curves separatly.
Ignore the straight lines which come with the curves. After studying the
single rhythms click all rhythm together to get a complex picture of your
energy status. Make a printout! With a b/w printer print the curves separatly.
To compare your chart with the energy status of your partner(s) you have
to click on "clear" before you enter new data.
