Project Aims:

To promote Ireland as a location of excellence in Tourism, Education,
Industry  and Commerce using the technology now available through to the Tip
group based on the Internet Service. This service is provided by Ireland
On-Line publishing all related information in a presentation format that is
informative, entertaining and educational to possible interested viewers in
the form of Internet World Wide Web Pages.

To promote Irish Products & Services offered through development groups both
Nationally and Internationally using the Internet again through WWW Pages.

To Co-ordinate information,  supplied by all Irish Development Group, on
offers of services and resources as a combine promotion using the Internet
pages.

To Assist in the change-over for many of the groups from manual systems to
computerised systems. These systems will have connections to the Internet
from each group participating in the project. This will be achieved by
providing a common EMail address for their enquires until an independent
account, though their own funds or EU leader funds are found. They will 
then be offered their own page/s of information available to all viewers 
on the Internet.

To held develop & promote the Internet concept and local connection that
will be provided by Service Provider to any interested parties participating
in this project. Help and increase the number of subscribers to make it cost
effective for Service Provider to provide this local connect.

To open within 24 months a Internet Information Office & Cyber-Cafe with
facilities and professional skills with dedicated direct 64K line access to
the Internet.

To assist and train new and existing companies to research potential
markets, agencies for their products or services. The specific skills
required, will be provide to enable them conduct research world wide using
the Internet, available  through this local Internet Information Office.

Interim Targets:

To publish information through the media about our project. Highlight
awareness and draw attention to the co-sponsors and participants in the
project. Educate public perception of the Internet and promote the many
advantages of participation in the Internet's success world wide.

To conduct seminars to help inform development groups, who as yet remain
outside those already participating in the project, so that their details
become available to all interested viewers on the Internet. This will be a
once off publication of a single page promoting that development group.

To offer those development groups an easy, well prepared starter kit
available and offered by the Service Provider. This will enable them 
to actively participate and establish their independent account on the 
Internet.

To research all Internet enquiries received to-date & distribute the
relevant development groups with these enquiries, through the resources
available through the SES offered by FAS.

To offer those development groups, who are unable to currently connect to
the Internet the knowledge required in order to qualify for funding from
EU Leader. This funding will be for the purchase of Internet Connection,
sponsorship fees to the project and assistance in the purchase of required
equipment. (i.e. computer, printer and modem) This will be achieved by
conducting information seminars with all interested parties.

To establish the financial benefit of the project as a means of promoting
each group (community, county and country) for Web Page Publishing, and
confirm the success of conversion from enquiry to Orders and subsequent
Sales of any enquiries received by the group through published audited
annual accounts. These in turn would be overseen by EU Leader.

To publicly publish an enquiry audit trail which will be overseen by EU 
Leader to establish the fairness and none bias distribution of any enquiries.

To reinvest any profit, back out to the participating groups with a trust
fund formed for the development of the Internet Information Offices &
Cyber-Cafes.

To raise revenue thought corporate sponsorship by the participating
development groups and EU Leader. This to be achieved by offering Web Pages
Publishing at a greatly reduced cost to those interested parties and revenue
through the EU Leader program.

To Conduct a National Competition between schools to further provide
information for publishing as a by-product to help in establishing each
school with its own Internet Account with a national Service Provider. 

To Provide a comprehensive media interview combining reps from TIP, Sponsors
and other icons of the all groups.
